Coating removal by Induction

Venko is able to use the induction method for the clean, safe and simple removal of coatings. The conventional method of blasting produces dust. Induction can therefore provide a solution in situations where dust is undesirable .

It is a clean method of removing coatings that produces no dust, and therefore requires no special shielding. Soft coatings, which are normally difficult to remove using blasting, can be removed easily using induction. When removing coatings and cladding, induction has the advantage that you can work very locally and easily remove small areas. In contrast to the conventional method, where the cladding is heated with a gas burner and then stripped with a stripping knife, induction involves no open flames.
